What devices are supported?

Any device that has internet access and supports one of the approved browsers (see below) can access our e-learning courses.

However, some networks may block them due to internal security settings. You may need to contact your network administrator if this is the case.

Do I need to be connected to the internet?

Yes, all our e-learning is hosted on-line so you will need the internet to access them. Most modules contain images and some media (audio or video) but will not overly stress out any network. We would recommend you are logged into wifi or your network to use them as although they will still work on a public network, some media may slow down your access and eat up your data.

Do they contain audio? Do I need a headset?

This depends on the e-learning. Most do not have narration, but may contain media clips (audio/video). Where possible, we include transcripts or captions for any audio files.

Headsets or earphones are recommended in these cases, but not essential unless you are in a public space.
