Stay Safe

During this national lockdown all EPC training has moved online and we have limited all other activities onsite at Hawkhills.

We look forward to welcoming you back to the Hawkhills in the near future where your safety and comfort will remain our highest priority. Please be assured we will have the necessary measures in place to be “open for business”, and our team are standing by, ready and equipped to support your needs.

Our onsite COVID secure operations include temperature checks when arriving at reception, we also  politely request that you wear a face covering in all public areas, unless you are medically exempt. If you do not have a face covering with you, please speak to reception, who will be more than happy to help.

We have taken all the necessary measures to ensure that The Hawkhills is a welcoming and safe environment for guests. We have focused on all the potential touch points of any interaction between us to ensure that every stay with us is safe, clean and comfortable and that the well-being of our guests and employees are in line with Government guidance.

We will continue to encourage you to join us in practicing ‘social distancing’ and ask you to respect our site policy of a 2 metre distance. You will see simple and effective measures in place such as one-way systems, zones for different events, staggered mealtimes and separation of tables in our restaurant when we are able to reopen.

Frequent handwashing is vital to help combat the spread of any virus and is our main protection against spreading it. Our team are reminded daily that cleanliness starts with this simple act. It’s important for their health and that of our guests. Please use the hand sanitiser provided on arrival. It has been placed at different points throughout The Hawkhills, which we encourage you to use regularly throughout your stay.

Reception will continue to provide a full briefings on arrival, and we ask that delegates and guests familiarise themselves with and follow the processes and procedures carefully.

We look forward to welcoming you in the very near future. Please check our website regularly www.epcresilience.com and the www.thehawkhills.com and follow us on social media for our latest offers or email us with any questions at enquiries@emergencyplanningcollege.com
