The EPC ran an innovative strategic-level workshop with the aim to brief appropriate Thai governmental staff on the UK’s approach to:

• The challenges of multi-agency strategic (Gold) Crisis Management and command of civil emergencies
• Understanding command and control of Counter Terrorism Operations
• Engagement with the local community in a positive, constructive and collaborative way, before, during and in the period following a significant emergency
