A Gulf Client contracted the EPC to deliver a best practice Quality Review of their Resilience Management (RM) system in September 2018.

The Base Line Review model was based on five themes:

• Review all components of their RM Model, Risk Management, Audit Planning and Leadership and Oversight, in light of standard practices
• Conduct survey/interviews to assess the awareness, maturity and currency of the RM
• Identify areas of improvement (gap assessment)
• Recommend gap closure strategies and actions
