Tim Howley Operations Manager

Tim has an extensive background and expertise in operational management, including a significant 6-year stint as a key figure in a leading property conglomerate. In this role, he played a pivotal role in driving business transformation, leveraging his skills and knowledge to effect meaningful change and drive operational excellence within the organisation.

Before his tenure in the property sector, Tim dedicated an impressive 17 years to one of the UK's largest communication companies. His career there began in customer service operations, where he honed his skills in managing customer-focused organizations within their expansive UK-based call centres. His adept handling of customer service operations paved the way for his progression into IT Project Management & Delivery. In this capacity, he contributed to and successfully delivered various major programmes of work.

In addition to his private sector experience, Tim has also worked in the public sector, specifically Customer Operations and Risk & Assurance. This experience has further enriched his professional profile, equipping him with a unique blend of skills and insights from both the private and public sectors.

Throughout his career, Tim has consistently demonstrated his ability to deliver strategic change programmes, develop high performing teams, and drive service improvement and operational efficiencies. His diverse experience and proven track record make him an invaluable asset to EPC.

Outside of work you'll find Tim on Yorkshire's picturesque east coast, where he lives with his family.
