Chloe is a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner, and an accredited trainer for the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and serves as Chair of the IOSH Sports Ground and Events committee, utilizing a pragmatic approach to her role.
In recent years, Chloe has been keen to leverage her academic expertise in conjunction with her industry experience. Having recently completed a Masters in Behaviour Change, she is eager to delve into the decision-making processes of on-site staff. Her goal is to improve the overall health, safety, and happiness of the events industry. In addition, Chloe is currently working towards an advanced diploma in counter-terrorism risk management at the University of Cumbria.
As an Associate at the EPC, Chloe offers unique insights into the intricacies of the event industry, drawing from her broad experience as an organiser and venue manager. Her driving mission is to enhance resilience capability and promote learning and knowledge sharing.
When not engrossed in her professional duties, Chloe relishes experiencing different cultures, a passion that her career allows her to pursue. She is also dedicated to maintaining her fitness and recently completed a 10k charity run.
