Thank you to all who responded. This survey is now closed.

Following a successful first survey to understand the learning needs in 2022, we are launching new research to understand how the needs of the resilience community are developing since the introduction of the UK Government Resilience Framework.  The aim is to deliver a new training and skills pathway to drive professionalism and support all those pursuing a career in resilience.

This research will start with a survey which is being conducted by Serco ExperienceLab on behalf of the Emergency Planning College (the EPC) and the Cabinet Office.

This survey will explore different types of learning requirements, existing capabilities, gaps in knowledge, skills and behaviours, as well as the preferred methods of delivery for training and exercising. We are interested in what a resilience mindset looks like, understanding what good practice and processes look like, how we can improve pathways into the resilience community, and how this community can become the foundation of a national network of learning and knowledge sharing.

At the heart of the resilience system are the resilience specialists and many individuals who lend their skills and time to building resilience. We are really interested in what you have to say and invite you to take part. The survey should take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

If you have a Resilience Direct account you can access it there, or you can click on the link below.

Thank you in advance for your contribution.
