Ensuring that all Emergency Planning College (EPC) delegates are able to fully focus on learning when they arrive at the EPC. Knowing that everything else has been taken care of, including comfortable accommodation, refreshments and delicious home-made food. This is where our Front of House Manager Katarzyna (Kasia) plays a vital role in making our work a success.

Kasia is responsible for the smooth running and delivery of our Front of House and House-Keeping department, her commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction definitely shows in her work. 

Her vast insight and experience within operational excellence is something Kasia has developed over 15 years working within the industry and is what makes her an invaluable member of our team. 

As part of the Operational Leadership Team Kasia is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the main restaurants, bar area and the coffee lounge break out area, alongside assisting with catering, conferencing and events operations, all at the same time as managing the hardworking EPC housekeeping team.

Front of House Manager is a highly complex role with many challenges that draw on Kasia’s extensive experience and skill set in both management and logistics. This experience allows her to focus on customer satisfaction across the business, bringing our delegates a fantastic experience, which keeps them coming back year after year.

Driven by customer service and having completed a Six Sigma Yellow Belt qualification are testament to Kasia’s superb ability and passion for operational excellence.

In her spare time, Kasia likes spending time with her young daughter and enjoys travelling whenever possible. She also has an interest in hairdressing.
