The EPC are offering a FREE highly interactive session that allows resilience professionals to reflect on this key element of recovery whilst still in the response phase of COVID-19. This online session will be delivered through our new state-of -the-art interactive training facility, the Connected Learning Suite (CLS).

Aim:

To enable delegates to consider the "human aspects" element of recovery in accordance with National Recovery Guidance.

Objectives:

  • Identify some of the 'human aspect' challenges facing communities in recovering from the current COVID-19 pandemic
  • Consider key elements of National Recovery Guidance and the National Resilience Standards on Local Recovery Management
  • Reflect on the "human aspect" recovery challenges for a Local Authority when they experienced mass disruption to the work environment through a devastating cyber attack
