About this course

Overview

Are you responsible for designing and delivering either crisis and/or business continuity management exercises within your organisation, yet never been trained or in need of refresher training?

This ‘hands on’ workshop will give you the knowledge and understanding to design, develop and deliver effective exercises to validate and assure your plans, procedures and/or develop competence and confidence on the part of your staff. You will understand the wider resilience environment and role that exercising plays in developing your organisation’s resilience capability.

This will enable you to review, validate and audit your current crisis/business continuity exercising regime with confidence. Working with other exercise practitioners, you will study examples of the different types of exercises and learn how to design develop and deliver effective exercises for your organisation.
