Course Information

Overview

Developed by experienced Practitioners alongside National Counter Terrorism Security Office (NaCTSO) advice, this course helps you prepare, mitigate and plan for safety, security and service in crowded places.

The course will increase your understanding and interpretation of national guidance, as well as provide you with valuable advice on how to implement appropriate measures.

Boost your professional confidence and acquire the peace of mind that you are doing the right thing with professional discussion, case studies and tasks.

Mainly concentrating on the procedures required in event venues, we explore how increasing protection can reduce the likelihood and impact of intentional acts of criminality. With an emphasis on acts of terrorism, references will also be made to other forms of criminality and these principles transfers to other crowded environments.
