Phil Harper 1

Phil is an internationally renowned Hostage Negotiator and Crisis Management Trainer, as well as an all-round Critical Incident Manager. He is a specialist in dealing with humanitarian and faith based non-government organisations (NGOs) including Oxfam and Dutch Red Cross. 

As a Senior Police Officer for more than 32-years', Phil is trained to the highest operational standards and a respected leader as a Multi-Agency Gold, Tactical and Strategic Firearms Commander.  

His career of service is as highly decorated as it is distinguished. Phil was honoured by the Queen for his work which has seen him deal with over 200 critical incidents and actual negotiations of more than 300 hours. He has saved many lives and secured multiple international releases, an experience that has made his knowledge and insight invaluable to clients.

This role has taken him around the world working alongside and training governments in how to deal with major incidents.

Phil’s values are clear, he believes: “Protecting life is the highest honour and not a qualification, rather a vocation”.

As well as spending as much time as he can with his family, Phil likes to play golf. He also supports charitable works around the world, but most notably in India.
