Mike Drayton

Mike is an expert in individual and organisational resilience. He is an experienced organisational consultant, coach and clinical psychologist who has created resilience programmes for organisations such as NHS England, a multinational consumer electronics company and the Northern Ireland Assembly.

Mike is also an international consultant having worked in Moscow, Amsterdam and Zurich.

Treating other people with kindness, courtesy and respect is important to Mike. He tells us; "the path to meaning in life is by helping others find strength when life is challenging."

Author of 'The Anti Burnout Guide: How to Create a Psychologically Resilience and High Performance Organisation' (due to be published, Autumn 2020 by Routledge), Mike provides, advice, tools and support to help organisations (and individuals) to prepare for these challenging times.

In his spare time, Mike is passionate about his classic car, poetry and wood engraving. He is also a season ticket holder at West Bromwich Albion Football Club.
